Recently, my mom have our ancestral home renovated since she is considering to move back to this place since she is retiring. At first I was a bit hesitant since the renovation will definitely cost a lot. I ask her to consider also buying a new house instead of renovating the old one. She declined, her decision was to renovate the old house since it brings back good memories that’s what she said. So we were able to hire some good architect to remodel our old house, at first we chip in some ideas my sister suggested that we put some Picnic Tables on the garden also I jokingly added why not put some Park Benches also.
The architect suggested also to put Adirondack chairs since he saw this on his previous customer’s finished home. My mom agreed to all of the suggestions and she added that it’s a must that our new home must have a provision for a playground equipment for her grandchildren. It was good that we have chipped in suggestions for our Old New Home. Our architect will provide the design by next week and we are already looking forward to it.
My mom is very excited and she asked me to check out some new furniture for our new house.
